The Strategic Advisory Group of Experts on Immunization (SAGE) is charged with advising WHO on overall global policies and strategies, ranging from vaccines and technology, research and development, to delivery of immunization and its linkages with other health interventions.

Terms of Reference
- To review existing evidence on the effectiveness of different schedules and strategies for conjugate vaccination in industrialized and developing countries.
- To provide SAGE with a draft concept paper containing summaries and analyses needed to support its discussion and recommendation process.
