Access to just-in-time learning for health emergencies is critical for building capacities for both robust emergency preparedness and effective response. This guidance is designed to support those who deliver learning to prepare for and manage health emergencies. It aims to enhance the life-saving knowledge of health professionals, policy-makers, emergency responders, volunteers, communities and the public. The recommendations in this guidance are evidence-based and operationally informed.
