This brochure describes the role of the Centre for Standardization and Metrology within the Ministry of Economy as the national contact point of the Codex Alimentarius Commission in the Kyrgyz Republic. Its purpose is to raise general awareness of the role of the national Codex Contact Point and the National Codex Committee.
