The ‘COVID-19 vaccines and vaccination explained’ website is a member of the WHO-led project Vaccine Safety Net (VSN).
The website addresses common questions about COVID-19 vaccines based on scientific evidence and WHO recommendations. Answers are provided in video, audio and text formats in 7 languages (English, Spanish, Russian, Polish, Czech and Ukrainian) and can also be accessed as a downloadable PDF.
Website’s sponsorship policy
The website was jointly created by the WHO Collaborating Centre for Vaccine Safety at the Hospital Clinico Universitario de Santiago de Compostela and is partly funded by a joint European Union/WHO project aimed at an effective COVID-19 vaccination rollout and strengthening immunization systems in the EU’s Eastern Partnership region.
