M&E tools

Tools for monitoring and evaluating (M&E) the processes and outcomes of network-based testing (NBT) are important to ensure NBT is effective, efficient, and ethical. Programmes should strive to perform regular monitoring and evaluation of NBT practices. Community-led monitoring can play a vital role in NBT services by ensuring that testing is accessible, acceptable, and responsive to the needs of populations. By directly involving communities in tracking service quality and addressing barriers, these programs can foster trust, accountability, and continuous improvement.

The following resources can help design M&E and community-led monitoring systems for network-based testing.

Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

SOPs help to guide and standardize the process of network-based testing.
