世卫组织预防和控制非传染性疾病全球协调机制中期评价: 执行概要
全球預防與控制非傳染性疾病協調機制（GCM/NCD）於全球層級運作，旨在協助區域及國家層級的利害關係人應對非傳染性疾病領域中多方參與者與跨部門行動的複雜環境。本次中期評估係應會員國透過世界衛生大會第74屆會議決議要求而進行，旨在評估全球協調機制/非傳染性疾病於2022年依據2022-2025年工作計畫啟動的新運作模式。本評估進一步延續2020年針對全球慢性病管理機制（GCM）所進行的2014-2020年度最終評估，以及2018年對全球慢性病管理機制/慢性病（GCM/NCD）的初步評估成果。評估重點在於檢視GCM/NCD在推動多部門與多方利益相關者參與慢性病防治方面所取得的進展、成果、面臨的挑戰及強化其作用的建議。本次中期評估涵蓋2022至2024年期間。
