Over time, it is important for countries to revisit the three-step process of needs assessment, landscape analysis and priority setting to ensure that they are meeting changing adolescent health and well-being needs. In addition, there may be times, such as in a humanitarian crisis, when a country or region urgently needs to set focused priorities for adolescent health and well-being.
