Research capacity refers to the ability of individuals, institutions and networks to conduct high quality research and transfer knowledge. 

The HRP Alliance is committed to strengthening research capacity in sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR).

HRP Alliance grantees receive long-term institutional funding to develop their own research capacity.
